# Welcome

Ethdowment is a charitable endowment that anyone can donate to. The principal ETH is invested forever and the community votes on where to donate the returns. 

Our goal is to build an endowment that can fund charitable projects forever while helping to advance progress toward more decentralized and democratic philanthropy.
